In a recent forum posting, BULLFROG110 asks:

"I have been visiting this website frequently for the last couple of months and I am impressed by the amount of information that is featured. HOwever, i need more clarification in the topic of careers in databases. I am a college student planning to venture into the database field upon my graduation. At this moment, I am in my second year of my college and am following the pathway of majoring in Computer Science/Software Engineering in the College of Engineering. Am I on the right track? I heard from someone that I should be majoring in Computer Information Science (which focuses more on business applications). I am kinda confused right now. "

Can you offer some advice? If so, visit our forum today!
