Linking Databases

I am using windows XP and Access 2000

I run a sales team and for each campaign I create an access database of clients that we will contact. My team records the details of each call through an access form which feeds into the database. I have done this 3 times for 3 campaigns.

I would now like to combine all 3 databases into one that will also show the historical contact details from previous campaigns also on the form so that my team can refer back to previous conversations when they make the next call. I would like to link each client together by account number.

Is this possible and if so how do I do it?
