Dialog Boxes

"I'm trying to create a dialog box in a data entry form in my database that will prompt the user if they are trying to exit the form without 'saving' it to the permanent database. I want to give them the option of not exiting if they have simply forgotten to save, but to go ahead and exit if that's what they want to do. I'm pretty clueless how to get this done. Any help would be awesome. Thanks."
