Should You Upgrade Your SQL Server Cluster to 2005?

Are you still running an older version of SQL Server? If so, you're not alone. Many organizations have put off this potentially costly upgrade as they consider their options. Is it worth it for your enterprise?

In a recent article, Brad McGehee discusses these options and offers three potential solutions:
  • Do nothing
  • Upgrade your servers in-place
  • Rebuild your cluster from scratch and cut-over
