FileMaker Server Best Practices

FileMaker recently released a white paper detailing best practices for deploying FileMaker Server in the enterprise. This paper covers tips and techniques for making FileMaker Pro databases available to clients throughout an organization. It includes advice on selecting optimal storage, hardware, networking, processor and memory specifications as well as conducting backups. The white paper also includes advice on performance tuning FileMaker Server systems running on Mac OS X, Windows and Red Hat Linux.
