If you do not want to create your own address file in Excel, you may download the sample file used in the generation of this tutorial.

To save this file in Excel, right click on the link below and select "Save Target As" from the pop-up menu. Then, save the file in an easy-to-remember location on your computer. When you return to the tutorial, simply locate the file you saved when completing step 4.
