Publishing Access Data on the Web

The next window to appear allows you to choose the export format and filename. From the "Save as type" pull-down menu, select HTML Documents to convert our report to web format.

- Open the database
- Open the item you wish to publish
- Begin the export process
- Set the file type to HTML
- Choose an HTML filename
- Select an HTML template
- Upload your file(s) to your web server
- Review the finished product
