Creating Forms in Microsoft Access

Microsoft Access includes a number of built-in styles to give your forms an attractive appearance. Click on each of the style names to see a preview of your form and choose the one you find most appealing.

- Open your database
- Click on the Forms tab under Objects
- Click on the New icon to create a new form
- Select the creation method you wish to use
- Select the data source and click OK.
- Select the form fields to be used and click Next.
- Select the form layout and click Next
- Select the form style and click Next.
- Provide a title for your form
- Edit Properties
